COVID: Booster shots being administered at 17 places in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: Booster dose vaccination against coronavirus is being administered in 17 places in Kathmandu from today.

In the initial phase, the doses will be available for frontline workers, including health workers, security personnel, among others.

Though it was earlier said that the booster dose would be given in Kathmandu from Sunday, authorities decided to apply the decision from Monday.

Chief of the Health Office, Kathmandu, Shambhu Kafle informed that booster doses will be given from 17 vaccination centers, including Army Hospital, Police Hospital, Armed Police Hospital, Teaching Hospital, Bir Hospital, Maternity Home Thapathali, Teku Hospital, and other places, in Kathmandu.
