CIAA moves Supreme Court against Special Court decision



KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) appealed to the Supreme Court against the decision made by the special court in the corruption case.

CIAA spokesperson Shyam Prasad Bhandari informed that dissatisfied with decision of the Special Court in nine corruption related cases, the Commission filed an appeal was made to the Apex Court on Tuesday.

Even a week ago, the Commission had appealed to the Supreme Court against the Special Court’s decision in 122 graft related cases.
