PM Deuba takes stock of health of ailing lawmaker Ghale



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has taken stock of the health of cancer-stricken lawmaker Karma Ghale, who is undergoing treatment at Nepal Cancer Hospital and Research Center in Lalitpur.

PM Deuba reached the cancer hospital to meet lawmaker Ghale on Tuesday evening.

Ghale was elected under the proportional representation system from Nepali Congress, filling the reserved seat for indigenous groups.

Lawmaker Ghale is undergoing cancer treatment for the past few months.
