Neck and neck race in Bharatpur metropolis

UML's Subedi: 4,182; Maoist Center's Renu: 4,147



KATHMANDU: CPN (Maoist Center) candidate Renu Dahal has surpassed UML candidate Bijay Subedi getting 4,182 votes so far.

Renu has got 4,147 votes while Subedi has got 4,182  votes. Nepali Congress rebel candidate Jagannath Poudel got 1,753 votes.

Chitrasen Adhikari of the NC, who is contesting for the post of deputy mayor, is taking the lead in the ongoing vote count.

Adhikari got 4,741 votes while Himala Gurung of RPP got 3,258 votes.
