Man nabbed with 9.3kg opium

KANCHANPUR:  The police have recovered 9.3 kg opium in Kanchanpur.

According to sources, a team of police deployed from Rangapur Police station of Kanchanpur arrested Sujan Moktan of Raksirang-4, Makawanpur with a large quantity of opium.

Moktan, a pillion rider on a Pulsar bike heading towards Manawa from Paterwa Sugauli-2, Rangapur,was found carrying the opium in a white plastic bag.

The police have seized the bike, arrested Moktan and initiated investigation on the issue.
