Plane flown for Pokhara returned Kathmandu after noticing technical issue

KATHMANDU: A Guna Airlines flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara has landed back in Kathmandu after experiencing technical issues.

According to Bhola Prasad Guragain, the Chief of Civial Aviation Authority office at Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu, the plane, which took off at 10 am on Sunday, was re-landed in Kathmandu after a technical problem was noticed in it.

Earlier, the plane was scheduled to take off from Kathmandu at 8.30 am but was delayed by two hours.

The pilot landed the plane in Kathmandu after the cockpit indicator showed that a door was locked after the flight.

Guragain informed that the plane is undergoing technical tests and the Airlines is making preparations to send the passengers to Pokhara by another plane.
