Nepal slips one position down ICC T20 rankings



KATHMANDU: Nepal has gone down one position to be ranked 13th in the ICC Twenty20 rankings.

According to the world ranking unveiled by the ICC on Monday, Nepal slipped to13th position after losing one point. Earlier, it was in the 12th position.

Nepal faced a defeat in two matches out of the three held in Oman under the four-nation twenty20 series yesterday.

With Nepal relegated to 13th position, UAE that clinched a win in the series has climbed to 12th position.

England is at the top position followed by India while Pakistan is in the third position in the ICC twenty20 rankings.

Similarly, Ireland is in the 15th position and Oman is in the 18th position.
