UML Vice Chair Poudel contracts COVID19



KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Vice Chairman Bishnu Poudel has been diagnosed with coronavirus on Saturday.

He informed about the infection through Facebook. He added he was going into isolation from today itself.

Earlier on Friday, UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel was also confirmed to be infected with the coronavirus.

Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha also contracted the virus in the last two weeks with the surge in infections.

Similarly, CPN-Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has also caught COVID19.
