JANAKPURDHAM: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Bimalendra Nidhi has said that he will contest the election to the House of Representatives (HoR) from Dhanusha 3.

The HoR and Province Assembly elections will be held on November 20.

Speaking at a program in Janakpurdham on Sunday, NC leader Nidhi said that there was no option for the democratic forces to unite and go to the election together.

Leader Nidhi said that the Loktantrik Socialist Party, which is not part of the ruling coalition, should also be included in the government and the coalition.

He said, “Party President and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has been holding talks with the concerned parties to bring LSP on board the government and the alliance.”

Nidhi was defeated by Rajendra Mahato, leader of the then Rastriya Janata Party Nepal to the House of Representatives elections of 2074 BS from Dhanusha 3.
