BANKE: Nepali Congress (NC) has secured a win in Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan City-23 in Banke district.
Jabbar Ali Behana, a chair candidate in ward 23 from the NC, secured 232 votes while his closest rival Hussein Shesh from the Janata Samajbadi Party got 194 votes. (RSS)
