NC wins Nason rural municipality of Manang



CHAME: Nepali Congress has won the chairmanship of Nason rural municipality of Manang.

Nepali Congress candidate Dhan Bahadur Gurung has won the election with 820 votes. His nearest rival Man Bahadur Gurung of the CPN-UML got 646 votes.

Similarly, Bed Bahadur Gurung of the CPN-Maoist Center got elected to the post of vice chairman of Nason by securing 913 votes. He defeated the independent candidate Arvin Gurung who got 496 votes.

Out of the four municipalities in Manang, NC and UML have won two municipalities each.
