Vote count begins in Lalitpur’s four municipalities



KATHMANDU: Counting of votes has started in four out of six municipalities of Lalitpur and preparations are underway to start counting in two municipalities.

An all-party meeting has started in Lalitpur Metropolitan City from 7 am. District Election Officer Goma Dhamala Ghimire informed that the counting of votes will start after the meeting.

The counting of votes in Godawari Municipality had started from 1 pm last night.

The counting of votes has started in Bagmati, Konjesom and Mahankal rural municipalities in the southern part of the district since late last night.
