‘Selected Articles’ by noted journalist Risal released



KATHMANDU: Senior journalist Bhairab Risal’s ‘selected articles’ has been made public in Kathmandu Saturday.

Senior advocate Krishna Prasad Bhandari, social activist and noted Doctor Gauri Shankarlal Das, writer Risal and Dr Govinda KC jointly released the book published by the Simal Book Publication in the federal capital.

The book was released on the occasion of the 95th birth anniversary of noted journalist Risal.

There are a total of 65 write-ups in the collection which were selected from 200 articles published in the Majdoor daily and the Shramik weekly. The book costs Rs 500.

The book is published by senior journalist Bharat Raj Pokhrel. On the occasion, Dr Das viewed the senior journalist Risal is versatile person and his contribution must be recognized by the state.
