JSP Central Committee meeting begins in Birgunj



BIRGUNJ: Unveiling the ongoing intraparty conflict, the Central committee meeting of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) has started in Birgunj on Wednesday.

According to JSP sources, about 600 people from all over the country are participating in the meeting.

Chief of Birgunj Metropolis Rajeshman Singh made the welcome remarks at the meeting. The meeting is scheduled to have 13 members including central members and executive members as its speakers.

JSP Federal Council Chairman Dr. Baburam Bhattarai’s faction is not present in the meeting.

Earlier, addressing Central Executive Committee meeting in Kathmandu on Tuesday, Dr Bhattarai had asked Chairman Yadav faction to withdraw today’s meeting.
