Top five JSP leaders hold meeting



KATHMANDU: Top five leaders of Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) are engaged in discussions Sunday.

Federal Council Chairman Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, Chairman Upendra Yadav, senior leaders Ashok Rai, Mahendra Raya Yadav and Rajendra Shrestha held a meeting in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.

Earlier on Thursday, three leaders namely Dr. Bhattarai, Yadav and Rai also held a discussion. Dr. Bhattarai and Yadav were not on speaking terms for some time.

“As the party is facing division, five top leaders are trying to resolve the dispute,” said a central executive member of the party. “With this meeting, leaders have begun to talk to each other.”
