Nepal to play against Sri Lanka to reach final



KATHMANDU: In the semi-finals of the SAFF U-17 Championship football, Nepal is competing with Sri Lanka on Monday.

Nepal is going to face the home team to reach the final of the ongoing tournament in Sri Lanka. The match between Nepal and Sri Lanka will start at 8:15 pm at the Racecourse International Ground in Colombo.

Nepali team, which reached the semi-finals after going undefeated in the group stage, wants to get closer to the title of the tournament with an easy win in today’s match.

On the other hand, Sri Lanka also wants to beat Nepal and make the journey to the final.

Nepal became the winner of Group B and entered the semi-finals. Sri Lanka became the runner-up of Group ‘A’ and confirmed the meeting with Nepal. The winner of this match will play against the winner between India and Bangladesh in the final.
