KATHMANDU: All preparations have been completed for the local level elections to be held on Friday.
At a regular press conference held on Thursday, Joint Spokesperson of the Election Commission (CE) Surya Prasad Aryal informed that all the necessary preparations have been completed in all the polling stations across the country for the local level election taking place tomorrow.
He said that the EC had adopted special vigilance regarding election code of conduct following the beginning of silence period from Tuesday midnight.
According to Aryal, the EC has so far sought 66 explanations for violating the code of conduct.
