70-year-old succumbs to coronavirus in Birgunj

BIRGUNJ: A man has succumbed to coronavirus in Birgunj.

A 70-year-old man, a resident Birgunj, died at Narayani Hospital on Friday night, said Dr. Uday Narayan Singh, Covid Coordinator of the hospital.

Singh said that the deceased, who was admitted to Narayani Hospital after being referred from Advance Hospital in Birgunj on Thursday, tested positive for corona.

Dr. Singh informed that he was not vaccinated against coronavirus.
