Body of a young woman found on river bank in Rupandehi



TILOTTAMA: Body of a young woman was found lying on the bank of the Tinau river in Tilottama-3 of Rupandehi district.

The deceased has been identified as Asmita Patwar Sharma of Sunwal-2 in West Nawalparasi, police said.

According to the District Police Office, Rupendehi, Asmita was found dead at the bank of Tinau Khola last evening.

Her body has been sent to Lumbini Provincial Hospital for postmortem.

Asmita’s husband has gone to India for work.

Police have started an investigation into the incident.
