KATHMANDU: 23-year-old model Karishma Dhakal is active in TiKTok along with music videos. Karishma, who has acted in more than 1,000 various videos, is thankful to TikTok for helping her reach the wider public.
She rose to fame in a short period through her acting in the famous songs like ‘Uhi Khola ko Pani,’ ‘Timi Malai Pralay Nai Man Parne. ‘
She was fascinated with art since childhood. “As a child, I used to participate in school programs. I have won prizes in many competitions,” Karishma said.
After the first song became famous, Karishma was offered music video one after another. Best known for her modeling in Teej songs, Karisma has danced up to 70 Teej song videos in a month. “I have worked on up to five videos in one day, and sometimes I dance in more than 70 music videos in a month,” she said.
However, she wants to be an actress. She has been approached by some directors for the role of actress; yet, she has not taken the role as she felt she has not got the suitable one.
