GORKHA: Police have arrested Manoj Gurung, a Nepali Congress (NC) cadre who reached the all-party meeting convened in Gandaki village of Gorkha to discuss the local level election.
He was representing the NC in a meeting called for Wednesday morning.
DSP Lila Raj Lamichhane of Gorkha said that he was taken under control after finding a khukuri while checking his bag before entering the meeting.
