Shree Airlines aircraft makes emergency landing at TIA



KATHMANDU:  An aircraft of Shree Airlines bound for Dhangadhi has made an emergency landing at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

The aircraft which had already taken off and flown around 25 nautical miles was diverted to TIA after noticing some technical glitches on the left-side engine, informed Teknath Sitaula, the spokesperson of the TIA office.

According to Sitaula, the aircraft landed at the TIA at 12:8 pm.

The aircraft was flying to Dhangadhi with 80 passengers on board. All the passengers are all safe and sound, said the company.
