River Falls Power issues IPO



KATHMANDU: River Falls Power Limited has issued initial public offerings (IPO) from today.

According to the company, a total of 2,730,000 units of primary shares worth Rs 273,000,000 have been issued today.

Of them, 54,600 units (2 %) have been allocated for the staffers of the company, 136,500 units (5 %) have been put aside for the collective investment fund while the people, in general, can apply for the remaining 2,538,900 units of shares.

People, in general, can subscribe for a minimum of 10 units to a maximum of 100,000 units for Rs 100 per unit by May 18.

Prabhu Capital Limited is the issue manager.

River Falls has already issued ordinary shares to the project-hit locals of Sankhuwasabha.

CARE Ratings Nepal has assigned CARE-NP BB- IS to this company.
