NC holding district convention in Sindhupalchowk today



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) is holding the district convention in Sindhupalchowk today.

In the two-day convention, candidates will file nomination, lodge complaints if any and the election will be held tomorrow, informed Election Officer Dev Raj Mahat.

Three candidates are in the fray for the post of president in the elections which will be held at the district headquarters in Sindhupalchowk.

Dr Prem Dhwaj  Lama and Janga Bahadur Tamang have announced candidacies from President Sher Bahadur Deuba panel and Bansha Lal Tamang is contenting the elections from Dr Shekhar Koirala panel.
