KATHMANDU: The weather will remain partly to generally cloudy in various places including Pradesh 1 and 2 of the country due to the westerly low-pressure system.
Light rain is expected in one or two places of Sudurpaschim, Karnali and Pradesh 1 with chances of light snowfall in high hilly and mountainous regions of these provinces, said Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).
Similarly, light snowfall is likely in high hilly and mountainous regions of Pradesh 1, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
Light rain is predicted in some places of Pradesh 1, 2, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Division has urged one and all to protect themselves from the biting cold triggered by the snowfall and rainfall.
