SEBON ends indefinite trade suspension of merger opting companies



KATHMANDU: Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has ended the indefinite merger suspension period for merger opting companies in the secondary market.

SEBON has implemented ‘Guidelines on Merger/acquisition of Public Companies, 2079’, on Thursday.

Implementation of the guidelines has paved the way to open trading of merger-opting companies.
