Bhojpur schools shut following increasing COVID-19



BHOJPUR: All educational institutes in Temkemaiyung Rural Municipality in Bhojpur district have remained closed following increment in COVID-19.

The school closure that lasts a week beginning Tuesday took place following detection of the deadly virus in teachers and students, said the rural municipality.

The rural municipality recorded highest 55 infection cases in a single day.

Until Tuesday, 58 COVID-19 cases have been recorded in the district, according to the health office, Bhojpur.

Educational institutions will reopen in view of the situation of the virus, it has been said.
