Chinese Foreign Department Chief pays courtesy call on Foreign Minister Khadka



KATHMANDU: Visiting Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader Liu Jianchao has held a meeting with Foreign Minister Dr. Narayan Khadka at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday.

The Chinese leader is the CCP’s chief of the International Department.

The two Ministers exchanged views on further strengthening of bilateral relations between Nepal and China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in its press release.

Earlier today, leader Liu paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.

Minister Liu arrived in Kathmandu this morning leading an eight-member delegation for a four-day official visit.
