UML’s Ram Bahadur elected Budhiganga Mayor

BAJURA: CPN-UML has won the post of Mayor and Deputy Mayor in Bajura’s Budhiganga municipality.

UML’s Ram Bahadur Baniya and Maya Kumari Khadka Kunwar have been elected as the Mayor and Deputy Mayor respectively.

Ram Bahadur got 4777 votes defeating Ranga Bahadur Khati, who garnered 3774 votes.

Likewise, Maya Kumari got 4727 votes while another deputy mayoral candidate Rita Shahi Shah got 3755 votes.

Out of 753 local levels, UML has won 206 municipal chiefs.
