Unified Socialist Chair Nepal offers greetings on Eid-al-Adha



KATHMANDU: Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said festivals, religions and cultures of various communities in the country have strengthened national unity.

Nepal is multiethnic, multilingual, multi-religious and multicultural, and Nepali community has been an example in view of religious tolerance, he said in a message of best wishes offered on the occasion of Eid-al-Adha.

The former Prime Minister expressed the hope that this festival may additionally strengthen national unity, religious tolerance, social harmony and mutual friendship.

He also offered his best wishes to all Nepali people including followers of Islam at home and abroad on this occasion.
