USARPAC Commander General Flynn visits NA Headquarters (In Pics)



KATHMANDU: Commander of the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) General Charles A. Flynn has paid a visit to Nepali Army (NA) Headquarters in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, on Friday.

On the occasion, General Flynn, who is on an official goodwill visit to Nepal, was given a ‘Guard of Honor’ by a team of NA troops.

The US General also held a courtesy meeting with NA Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Prabhuram Sharma at the latter’s office.

In the meeting, praising the NA for its role in the UN peacekeeping, he engaged in discussions on various subjects, including disaster preparedness and response and humanitarian assistance, it is said.
