CPN-UML holding election rally at Bhrikuti Mandap today

KATHMANDU: With a few hours to go before the silence period, the main opposition CPN-UML is holding an election rally at Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu today.

To be organized by the UML Katmandu District Committee, leaders including Chairman KP Sharma Oli will address the gathering, UML Kathmandu District Committee Secretary Rajesh Shakya said.

According to Shakya, rallies will begin from each ward before converging into a mass meeting at Bhrikuti Mandap.
He said that the last election meeting is being held in Kathmandu with the aim of sending a message across the country.

In today’s meeting, UML candidates flanked by other leaders and cadres from all 11 municipalities of the Kathmandu district including Kathmandu Metropolitan City will gather at Bhrikuti Mandap at 2 pm, said Shakya.
