Dordi Khola extends IPO deadline to May 19



KATHMANDU: The deadline for the subscription of the initial public offerings (IPO) of Dordi Khola has been extended to May 19.

The IPO which had been issued on April 26 for the locals of the Dordi rural municipality of Lamjung affected by the hydroelectricity project.

The locals were supposed to subscribe to the IPO by May 10 in the first phase.

According to the company, out of the issued capital of Rs 1,054,260,400, ordinary shares of 1,054,260 (10%) units worth Rs, 105,426,040 have been issued to the local people.

The locals can subscribe for a minimum of 10 units to a maximum of 1 million units.
