Govt allows night businesses to run 24 hours

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs has decided to allow night business to run overnight.

Issuing a notice on Wednesday, the Ministry lifted the time limit imposed on the night businesses and allowed them to run for 24 hours.

With the decision, hotels, restaurants, Dohori Sanjh and lounge bar will now operate for 24 hours.

Earlier, the police administration had put a ban on night businesses to run after 10 pm.
