OAG presents annual report to President Bhandari



KATHMANDU: The Office of Attorney General (OAG) presented its annual report for the last fiscal year 2021-22 before the President Thursday.

Attorney General Khamma Bahadur Khati submitted the report to President Bidya Devi Bhandari amidst a ceremony at the Office of the President, Shital Niwas.

The submission of the document was in accordance with the Constitution.

On the occasion, the Head-of-the-State hoped that the government and related bodies would implement report suggestions.

Attorney General Khati apprised the President that the report had a detailed presentation of issues facing his Office and the solutions as well. As he claimed, the implementation of the report would help establish rule of law, by making the criminal justice administration effective and serving justice to victims.
