RPP office bearers’ meeting takes place in Kathmandu

Former Chairmen Rana and Lohani also participate



KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) office bearers’ meeting has taken place in Kathmandu on Thursday afternoon.

According to RPP spokesperson Mohan Shrestha the meeting took place at the party office in Dhumbarahi.

Outgoing party chairmen duo Pashupati Shumsher Rana and Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani also participated in the meeting.

In addition to the senior leaders and office bearers, the chairperson to the provincial committees also participated in the meeting.

According to spokesperson Shrestha, the meeting discussed on various issues including reviewing contemporary politics and preparations for local elections.

RPP has 31 office bearers including the chairperson and 7 elected and 24 nominated. This is RPP’s first office bearers’ meeting after the influencing leader and founder chairman Kamal Thapa left the party.
