Present govt in line with BP’s thoughts: Senior leader Poudel

TANAHUN: Senior leader of the Nepali Congress, Ramchandra Poudel, has said the preset coalition government was moving ahead as per BP’s principle.

Addressing a program organized on the occasion of the 109th BP birth anniversary and conclusion of the campaign of ‘NC with People’ at Damauli on Friday, senior leader Poudel reminded that BP’s major principle is national unity and reconciliation which is reflected in the present coalition government.

The event was organized by Tanahu district working committee.

NC has been adhering to the path BP showed, he said, arguing that if the NC had deviated from BP’s principles, country could not get the present system of federal democratic republic.

He further said as envisioned by BP, the NC was in the front to realize people’s dream.

According to him, it is the NC to give political outlet to the country when the crisis and conflict are witnessed.

He directed the party rank and file to ensure victory to the party and alliance candidates.
