KATHMANDU: Shama Kausar, the Founder at 24Orbit and co-founder at Soanmenu, has been consistently expanding her business digitally.

She initially started with the concept of empowering women by making them earn flexibly. However, people of all ages and gender have been associated with Shama.

She is a businesswoman, an entrepreneur, a business consultant, and a social activist simultaneously promoting Entrepreneurship, Empowerment and Employment.

Coming from a simple family from Bhelatand, in India’s Jharkhand, Shama is a BTech graduate and also a journalist by profession.

She quit her job as International Business Manager to create a platform for those who are extremely talented and experienced personalities and deserve a flexible working hours to manage everything smoothly.

Shama’s idea led to the establishment of 24Orbit, which not only helps women to have their own startups but also offers a free consultation with no bar on age and gender in entrepreneurship with available resources.

24Orbit is into branding, website making, graphic designing, virtual assistance, content composition, social media, events, OTT, promotion, influencer collaborations, and many more.

Shama Kausar is co-founder at Soan Menu with Sheikh Asif.

It is keenly designed as per the COVID protocols such as social distancing, where hotels and restaurants can take their business online by creating a digital menu in the form of a QR code for free, and further foodies can simply scan and order as per their needs.

The idea behind the establishment of 24orbit actually emerged from the unmanageable lifestyle and responsibility of women after getting married wherein women are mostly given the responsibility of managing everything but ultimately they end up giving up on their career even after being so talented.

While executing the idea of forming a women’s team, she soon realized that not only skilled women but skilled men and children, too, are struggling for livelihood.

Then she started focusing on talent-based acquisition and now she has a highly skilled team with her.
