KATHMANDU: River Falls Power is set to issue initial public offerings (IPOs) to the locals hit by the project on Sunday.
The company will issue 700,000 units of shares worth Rs 700 million for Rs 100 per unit from tomorrow to the locals of the Sankhuwasabha district.
Locals can subscribe for a minimum of 10 units of shares to a maximum of 100,000 units of shares by April 24, according to the company.
The company has assigned Prabhu Capital Ltd, as its issue manager.
