Calibration flight after improvement in weather: Minister Ale



KATHMANDU: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Bahadur Ale has said that a calibration flight will take place at Gautam Buddha International Airport as soon as the weather improves.

He said that the calibration flight could not take place due to the bad weather in the last few days.

“All preparations have been completed for the calibration flight. If the weather improves, we will carry out the calibration flight.”

Minister Ale also said that the flight services would start soon at Gautam Buddha International Airport.

He also instructed the concerned authorities to complete the installation of new equipment and complete physical infrastructure under-construction at the airport as soon as possible.
