Dry landslide disrupts traffic at Barha Ghumti of Tribhuvan Highway



KATHMANDU: Vehicular movement towards Kathmandu from Hetauda has been disrupted due to dry landslide occurred at Barha Ghumti of Tribhuvan Highway this morning.

Efforts are on to resume the traffic by removing the landslide debris within few hours, according to the District Police Office, Makawanpur.

Bahra Ghumti lies around 12 kilometers north from Bhaise of Bhimfedi Rural Municipality-2 along the highway.

Police said vehicles heading to Kathmandu from Hetauda and to Hetauda from Kathmandu have been stranded at Barha Ghumti.
