Manang sees 49 new industries this fiscal year



MANANG: As many as 49 new industries were established in Manang district in the fiscal year 2078/79 BS.

Most of them are agriculture and forest production-based industries.

Rishiram Paudel, Head of Household and Small Industries Office, Manang informed that 31 new industries based on agriculture and forest production have been added in the district during one year.

According to him, 17 tourism-related industries and one service-related industry have been established in the last one year.

Residents of Manang are currently attracted to registration of private industries.
