China’s 5G network on LAC disrupts communication of Indian Armed Forces



NEW DELHI: The Indian Armed Forces are facing problems in radio communication as China launched its 5G network along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) on its side, fastmailnews.com said.

A strange loud sound is being heard in the communication equipment of the soldiers posted on the Indian border, the report said quoting sources.

Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is working to find a permanent solution to this emerging problem, according to the report.

Plans to launch a new satellite for the Indian Armed Forces are also being discussed which will help tackle this problem, it said.

China on its part is starting 5G network in the border areas and due to Chinese 5G waves, a strange sound is being heard in the communication equipment of Indian soldiers stationed on the border.

India has given instructions to the concerned authorities to deal with this problem, on which DRDO has started work to find a permanent solution to this problem.

A DRDO official says that it is also being considered that Indian soldiers should use the now-band frequency which will not be open for general public or commercial use. It will be set aside to be used only for defense forces and for radio astronomy.
