Nepal wins both practice matches against Sri Lanka Navy

KATHMANDU: Nepali cricket team has easily won both the practice matches against Sri Lanka Navy.

Nepal defeated Sri Lanka Navy by 81 runs in the match played on Tuesday.

Following Nepal’s 197-run target, the Sri Lanka Navy were all out for 115 in 30.5 overs.

Pawan Sarraf of Nepal took 3 wickets.

Earlier, losing the toss and batting first, Nepal lost all their wickets in 43.4 overs and scored only 196 runs.

For Nepal, Dipendra Singh Airee batted brilliantly. He top-scored with 63 runs.

Similarly, Bhim Sharki scored 28, Bibek Yadav 26 and Pawan Sarraf 22 runs.

Earlier, Nepal had defeated Sri Lanka Navy by 111 runs in the first practice match on Monday.
