Paul Shah taken to Gaindakot for questioning



 

KATHMANDU: Actor Paul Shah, who was arrested on the charge of rape, has been produced before the Gaindakot Police on Tuesday.

According to the Gaindakot Police Office, Shah was produced for questioning.

A teenager singer had lodged a FIR against Shah at the Tanahu Police Station on February 23. Shah, who was arrested on March 27, is in police custody.

The minor had lodged a complaint with the Gaindakot Police alleging that Shah had raped her at Gaindakot Resort on March 20, 2021.

Nawalpur police said that Shah was brought to Gaindakot for further investigation.

According to the police, the investigation into Shah’s case has been started but the interrogation is not over yet. Further investigation will be carried out after the inquiry.
