Two held with narcotic drugs from Nagdhunga

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested two individuals with narcotics from Nagdhunga of Kathmandu.

Acting on a tip-off, a team of police arrested Sahid Raja of Bara and Pramod Kumar Mehata of Hadi rural municipality-3, Sunsari.

The narcotics were seized during a security check on a passenger bus, Na 7 Kha 7132, coming to Kathmandu from Bara, and another bus, Pradesh 03-001 Kha 2314, coming to Kathmandu from Kankadvitta on Wednesday.

Police seized 2,405 tablets of nitravets, 200 ampoules of Phenargan, 200 ampoules of diazepam and 200 ampoules of Lupigesic, informed Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu.
