Unified Socialist’s first politburo meeting begins in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: The first politburo meeting of the ruling coalition member CPN-Unified Socialist has begun in Kathmandu.

According to Unified Socialist sources, the politburo meeting is underway at Arpan Party Palace in Kathmandu.

The Unified Socialists convened a politburo meeting to discuss the US grant Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), local elections and recent political developments in the country.

Similarly, the meeting is scheduled to discuss on the agenda for the central committee meeting scheduled for March 9 and 10.
