KATHMANDU: Maoist Center Bhaktapur has decided to field Ram Prasad Sapkota “Deepshikha” against CPN-UML’s Mahesh Basnet in Bhaktapur Constituency-2 in the November 20 election to the House of Representatives (HoR).
The district coordination committee has unanimously recommended YCL in-charge Sapkota in the constituency previously won by UML’s Basnet, who is the former Chairman of UML’s Yuva Sangh (Youth Association).
Likewise, Suresh Neupane has been recommended from Bhaktapur Constituency-1.
