Shweta Ganga Hydropower issues IPO



KATHMANDU: Shweta Ganga Hydropower and Construction Limited has issued initial public offerings (IPO) for sale starting today.

The company has issued 1.593 million ordinary shares for the residents of the project-hit areas today, with a face value of Rs 100 per share. This is 10 percent of the total issued capital of Rs 1.59 billion.

The locals have to subscribe for a minimum of 10 units of shares to a maximum of 10,000 shares by June 20 and July 5.

Sanima Capital Limited is the issue manager.
