NC, Sankhuwasabha, takes action against 23 rebel candidates



KHANDBARI: The Nepali Congress, Sankhuwasabha, has expelled rebel candidates of the party.
Issuing a press release today, the NC, Sankhuwasabha, informed that the rebel candidates, who have filed their candidacies against party’s official candidates and alliance candidates, and their proposers and supports have been expelled from the party.
NC, Sankhuwasabha, President Deepak Khadka shared that action was taken against 23 rebel candidates. Those facing the action are Dambar Kumar Poudel, Raju Ghimire, Bholanath Ghimire, Nabaraj Bhandari of Dharmadevi municipality, Yadav Chandra Khadka of Madi municipality, Bal Kumar Rai, Min Lal Rai, Rajeev Katuwal, Dipesh Gurung, Dhan Bahadur Tamang, Dilip Tamang, Aangrinje Sherpa, Dhan Bahadur Tamang and Dilip BK of Makalu rural municipality.
Similarly, Santosh Basnet, Bharat Basnet, Tilak Tamang, Purna Bahadur Thapa, Pushpa Bahadur Gurung, Sagar BK, Kumar Rai, Salan Rai and Sandesj Yakkha also faced the action.
Action was taken against them after they neglected the frequent requests of the party to support the party’s official candidates.
